Central Tech Services, Inc. provides high quality chiller plant services for clients in Maryland, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. Central Tech Services was founded in January 1999 and is focused primarily on the repair and maintenance of large tonnage chiller systems.

Central Tech Services works for quality equipment owners in the hospital, biotech, defense, hotel, retail, industrial manufacturing, and property management industry sectors. We currently service chillers manufactured by Carrier®, McQuay®, Trane® and York®. Our clients have contracted with us to provide a wide range of chiller services including; service agreements, overhauls, emergency repairs, refrigerant conversions, ASHRAE-15 plant upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.

Central Tech Services specializes in servicing centrifugal, screw and reciprocating chillers. The chillers in our contract portfolio currently range in size from 100 to 3750 tons.
